Terms of service

These terms apply when you create an account or use www.goboard.app. GoBoard is operated by Stack Digital. By using the service you agree to them.

Your account

• You need to be at least 13 years old and provide a working email address.
• You are responsible for keeping your password private and for activity on your account.
• One person per account. Let us know right away if you believe someone else has access.

Your content

The folders, links, titles, notes and photos you save belong to you. You give us permission to store and display them so the service can work. Do not save content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or links to malware or abuse.

Plans and billing

• The Free plan costs nothing and may include limits on how much you can save.
• Pro is billed in advance by Stripe on a monthly or yearly cycle and renews automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from the Membership page. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• Prices may change. We will tell you before a change affects a renewal.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break into other accounts, overload the service, scrape it, or use it to distribute spam. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep GoBoard available and your data safe, and we take regular backups, but the service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Stack Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months.

Ending the relationship

You can delete your account at any time from the Profile page. We may close accounts that break these terms or that have been inactive for a very long time, with notice where we can give it.
